We want you to love your SHADERS. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items that are damaged due to misuse or show signs of wear are not eligible for return.

How to Return

  1. Email us at info@shaders.store with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will provide return instructions within 48 hours
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
  4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for a different style or color, subject to availability. Contact us at info@shaders.store to arrange an exchange.

Defective or Wrong Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact us immediately. We will cover all return shipping costs and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no charge.

Non-Returnable Items

Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
