Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Times

We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
Express Shipping: 4–8 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or carrier delays.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over €50.

Shipping Costs

Orders under €50 are subject to a flat shipping fee displayed at checkout based on your location.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total. SHADERS is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@shaders.store within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to become active.
